We are based within the scientific hub of excellence, Harwell Science and Innovation Campus.
Harwell is a leading science, innovation, technology and business campus, located just south of Oxford with world leading research infrastructure. The site contains the Diamond Synchrotron Light Source and has been at the forefront of scientific research ranging from nuclear science and nuclear energy to nanotechnology for more than sixty years.
The Harwell Campus currently houses over 5000 people working in 200 organisations including UK Research Councils, start-ups and multinationals. Their scientific programmes encompass a range of commercial applications including healthcare, medical devices, space technology, computing, green energy enterprises and new materials.
The campus has uniquely experienced management delivered through a joint venture between Harwell Oxford Developments Ltd, the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) and the UK Atomic Energy Authority.
